Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing is separate from shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch
- United States: 6–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–8 business days
- Canada: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 7–8 business days
- New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Destinations outside the four free-shipping countries are available only where supported at checkout. Any shipping charges are displayed before payment.
Tracking and delays
We send tracking details when your order is dispatched. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help.
Address and import charges
Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs changing. Taxes or import charges collected at checkout are shown before payment. Your local customs authority may charge additional duties where applicable.
